What this is
This is a concept, not a completed building. After so much about towers, it is a deliberate change of pace: a building that grows downwards and outwards along the slope instead of upwards.
Concept project
A concept for a low spa hotel that steps down a sea cliff in planted terraces: the opposite of a tower rush, built slowly into the rock.

This is a concept, not a completed building. After so much about towers, it is a deliberate change of pace: a building that grows downwards and outwards along the slope instead of upwards.
Each level sits a little further down the cliff than the one above, so every room has a terrace and a view, and every roof becomes a garden. Seen from the sea, the hotel reads as planted terraces rather than a block.
There is no tower rush here. Work on a cliff is paced by the rock: careful excavation, anchors drilled and tested one by one, retaining walls built before the next level is opened. Materials arrive by small cranes and, where roads cannot reach, by sea.
The render is an AI-generated concept visualisation and the section is our own concept drawing. They do not show an existing building.
